The Key Junkies brand is exclusive to ThatsMyCallSign.com and is owned and operated as one entity. We offer FREE RETURNS. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. ThatsMyCallSign.com wants your buying experience to be positive from start to finish. All orders are scheduled, produced and quality checked as "made-to-order" or "one-off" products due to the exact printing or embroidered call sign. However, an "oops!" may happen. Requesting a review for replacement is easy! To be eligible for a replacement, the request must include the following: • Name, phone number and address of purchaser • Valid receipt/order number • A detailed description of the imperfection To begin the review/replacement process , please contact us at burghdurhams4691@gmail.com. If the request for replacement is approved a return shipping label will be provided. The item must be in the same condition that it was received and with the original packaging. NOTE: Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
